The electro-convulsive therapy was resfreshing and invigorating
The nerves in my body states I am alive and still kicking
It gives new life and new glow to me
Not to mention the strength it gives both mentally and psychologically.

I know where I stood together with my family.
In a platform where I can exercise my being a family man
Where together with my wife we are both parents.
Altogether we relate as a family...happy.

And when ample life's challenges come,
We stood and hold hand together as one.
This part of the therapy I appreciate most;
Where the nerves from all of my body synapse--a lovely motion.

Energy Within

You will always feel yourself floating in the energy within...
The way you perceive yourself makes it happen.
How the gifts of the holy spirit are being processed within yourself.
The energy within keeps us alive and self-revealing.

May this energy keeps us enlightened while we are being moved or
May this energy gives us freedom while we are moving
This energy is the power that gives our core the form
It magnifies our willingness to stay, as we come to know the truth.

It is the spirit that moves us wherever we are,
I just hope as a family man, this energy intensifies my virtues
I just hope it is the energy that is keeping my family stay together
And may this energy continues to light the way that makes us love eternally...
